Ride 45

Our signature, whole body workout on the bike. Expect a variety of intervals, inclines, and ranges of choreography with the use of resistance and cadence to guarantee an exhilarating workout. Each instructor brings their own personal spin to each class. Take a look at our instructor bios for a little more insight of what to expect.

 

Ride x Bootcamp

A hybrid class incorporating both cycling and strength training off the bike. You'll get in your cardio and work every muscle group using a variety of weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls. All levels welcome!
