Help! It’s my first time! What do I need?

Showing up is the hardest part! Our veteran teachers and friendly front desk staff will be here to get you acclimated and set up on the bike. Wear athletic sneakers and something comfortable that you can move in. It does get warm in the studio so sweat wicking clothing is best. Remember, we all took our very first cycling class at one time, and we’re all here to cheer you on.

What happens if I late cancel or don’t show up?

Don’t stand us up! Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class start time. Classes cancelled prior to the 12 hour mark will be returned to your package or refunded. A late cancellation or no show will result in loss of the class. For those with monthly unlimited packages, there is a late cancel or now show fee of $10.

What if I am running late?

Ugh traffic is the worst! There is a 5 minute grace period after the scheduled class start time for classes without a waitlist. If there is a waitlist for a class, your bike will be given to someone on the waitlist 5 minutes before class start time and you will be charged as a no show.

Class is full! Is there a waitlist?

You bet! If you join the waitlist, we will send you an email and enter your into the class roster if a bike opens up for you. This may happen any time up to the start of class so be on the lookout! We understand that waiting is hard, so if you are let into the class less than an hour before the class start time, and you do not show up, we will reimburse you for the class.

Do my classes expire?

Yep but we understand that things come up, so you’ve got some time to use them. Please refer to the expiration dates when purchasing classes.

Do I need cycling shoes?

Both sneakers and bike shoes are perfectly okay! If you bring your own cycling shoes, SPD clips are compatible with our bikes. You can also rent cycling shoes from us for $3.
