Beth Wilson-Shunta

OWNER / INSTRUCTOR

Beth’s class is carefully curated to the playlist as it flows through a series of sprints, climbs, and intervals - focused on cadence and resistance.

Music sampling - Solid EDM beats, 70s disco, throwback remixes and everything in between.

Where I’ll be after class - Balancing two kiddos, a perpetual puppy and an architectural career.

    Ali’s class is based off of rolling hills. Think heavy, long climbs followed by fast downhills with a little choreography in between.

    Music Sampling: Heavy beats and fast remixes. I love pop!

    Where I'll be after class: At the barn horseback riding or working as a physical therapist.

    Caleigh’s class is a no frills, challenging beat based ride focused on sprints and hills enhanced by her positive encouragement.

    Music Sampling: Expect tropical house meets pop remixes meets the best throwbacks you forgot you loved.

    Where I'll be After Class: training for my next marathon, grocery shopping for my next recipe, or taking a stroll around the city to get some Vitamin D.

    INSTRUCTOR

    Cat’s class sets you up to conquer your day. She is supportive and positive as she guides you through sprints and climbs with a little choreography sprinkled in.

    Music Sampling: I love a good remix of throwbacks and something with a killer beat drop (or anything Harry Styles of course!)

    Where I’ll be after class: Dog walking, scrubbing into the OR as a nurse at a nearby hospital, or planning my next trip!

    INSTRUCTOR

    Claire’s class is high energy and full of positivity as she guides you through a fun and challenging quick-paced ride with choreography.

    Music Sampling: Mix of 90s, 2000s, and remixes with big beat drops, all things ABBA, Lady Gaga and Whitney Houston.

    Where I’ll be after class: Training for a race, trying out a new recipe, or finding the closest beach!

    INSTRUCTOR

    Erica's class is an athletic, beat-based ride featuring power intervals and speed work. This class includes minimal choreography.

    Music sampling: Top hits with an EDM twist and 2000s throwbacks – I will accept no T-Pain hate!

    Where I’ll be after class: Switching my mic for a headset for my job as a Recruiter, or decompressing with an espresso martini or dessert from Bova’s Bakery at home in the North End!

    INSTRUCTOR

    Jenna’s class is a mix of quick sprints, choreography and heavy resistance - focused on building strength and stamina.

    Music sampling: Lots of old + new school hip hop, upbeat R&B, remixes and the occasional wildcard banger.

    Where I’ll be after class: Hanging out with my roommate and our two kittens, Billie and Big Fiji.

    Music Sampling: I am a sucker for hip hop, pop remixes, with some alternative mixed in. I listen to anything and everything and I am not afraid to bring something different to class. It’s really whatever I connect with.

    Where I’ll be after class: On a construction site, a Pilates class, or strolling around Charlestown with a coffee in hand.
